Parental/Guardian Role: Registration profiles and finalizations are intended to be processed via parent or guardian oversight. The form must be submitted by an authorized relative or guardian who provides a signature acknowledging responsibility.
Truthful Disclosures: Users must provide true, accurate, complete, and updated information regarding all registration fields—including but not limited to Name, Date of Birth, Fikr/Sect, Marital Status, Qualifications, and Family Background.
Independent Verification: The absolute responsibility to verify the credentials, character, background, and medical or personal details of any prospective match rests entirely on the user and their family. HMB does not independently vet or guarantee the absolute authenticity of the user-submitted profiles.
Discretionary Decisions: Accepting, pursuing, or rejecting a matrimonial profile is entirely at the personal discretion and choice of the concerned parties.
Sole Matrimonial Purpose: Any contact or profile data shared through the platform must be used exclusively for finding a suitable marriage prospect.
Confidentiality: Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, distributing, or exposing profile details, photos, or contact details to any unauthorized third parties.
Prohibited Behavior: Users must respect the decisions made by other registered members regarding proposals. No user shall exert undue pressure, harassment, coercion, or influence on any other party.
Membership Termination: Any misuse of shared data or violation of website policies will result in the immediate termination of membership and deletion of the registered profile.
No Institutional Responsibility: The information is provided by the parent/guardian, and the institution (Humrahi Marriage Bureau / Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Mumbai City) will not be responsible or liable under any circumstances.
Third-Party Misuse: HMB shall not be held liable for any unauthorized data misuse, downloads, or leaks caused by third-party platform interactions.
Post-Marriage/Process Disputes: HMB bears no responsibility or legal liability for disputes, disagreements, misunderstandings, or emotional/financial conflicts that may arise during the match-making process, finalization stages, or after the marriage takes place.
